Relaxd is a product of natural origin that contains 250 mg of L-theanine. It is used for anxiety & stress relief and temporarily promotes relaxation. It also helps with the maintenance of healthy sleep and acts as a caffeine antagonist.
Dosage and directions of use:
Adults:
Take 1 tablet daily.
Take with a glass of water, when required: during the day to reduce restlessness and/or anxiety or, at bedtime to support the maintenance of a healthy sleep.
