Rich meals, late dinners and busy days can leave you with that burning feeling after eating. Releaf Alkaline Tablets combine seven alkalising mineral salts that act as an antacid, taken with water after meals.

Other ingredients: magnesium stearate. Contains sugar: 642.5 mg lactose (alpha-lactose monohydrate) per tablet.
How to take it
- Adults: take 2 tablets twice daily after meals, with a glass of water.
- Take other medicines such as tetracyclines, fluoroquinolones, bisphosphonates or heart glycosides 2 to 3 hours apart from these tablets.
Before you use it
- Not for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
- Do not use if you have kidney problems or kidney stones, high blood calcium, heart disease, a stomach ulcer or blockage, or are at risk of high blood potassium.
- Speak to your doctor first if you take potassium-sparing diuretics or ACE inhibitors.
- Contains lactose, so it is not suitable if you are galactose intolerant.
- Keep out of reach of children.
